Ticari anlamda ise granit, hemen her bile\u015fimde derinlik kayac\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7ine alan \u00e7ok geni\u015f bir kaya\u00e7 grubu i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Piyasada granit , gnays, siyenit, kuvars monzonit, granodiyorit, kuvarsl\u0131 diyorit, diyorit gibi a\u00e7\u0131k renkli kaya\u00e7lara granit terimi ortak bir isim olarak kullan\u0131l\u0131rken ,gabro, diyabaz, anorzotit ve proksenitlere denilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Granit, sert, kristal yap\u0131l\u0131 minerallerden meydana gelen taneli g\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fc\u015fl\u00fc magmatik derinlik k\u00fcltesidir. Granit; Pl\u00fcton i\u00e7indeki taneler \u00e7o\u011funlukla g\u00f6zle g\u00f6r\u00fclebilir b\u00fcy\u00fckl\u00fcktedir. Granitin esas mineralleri feldspat\u0131n ortoklas cinsi ile az miktarda plajioklas ve kuvarst\u0131r.
